GRACE OF GOD

Sir. Alex, a wealthy and well known scientist was listening to a program when he heard a man of God preaching that all he had was given to him by the grace of God. Sir. Alex, was angry. He remember how he started; the begging of friend's supports, writing of letters to government, visiting of top people at his field of work. Even times he slept with empty stomach. He wonder where God was during those time. He remember one day that a man of God had once helped him. Then, he thought that was the reason behind the man of God's preaching. He called for one among his servants. He told the servant to please bear his witness between him and God. He told God to take his part of what he has giving to him. That he will never be poor like his servant.

After two days, God took his sight. Sir. Alex woke up, he could not see. He ordered for proffectional Doctors around the world. But to his amazement. None of the proffectional Doctors could gain his sight back for him. He spend all his wealth for high class treatment to gain his sight but all is effort was up to no avail. Out of worried, he fell down and hit his head on the stair case. He lose his memory. He could not recollect anyone except his servant who stand as his witness. Sir. Alex, told his servant not to allow any one to come and check on him untill he recovered. The wife and children had to sneak to his room. He noticed some strange voice. He call his servant and ordered him to slaughter who ever had sneaked to his room. The servant tried to explain but he insist he don't know them.
Sir. Alex had spend all his wealth yet his effort was up to no avail. He sold his mansion. Sir. Alex, had to go and live with his servant in his one room appartment. For months now, nothing changes. The servant reminds him of what he had once told God. He remembered and decided to appeal before God. He begs God for forgiveness. God forgives him. He regain his sight and even his memory. He realized that he has to become a servant to his own servant. He ask of his wife and children. The servant told him that he had order the senior servant to slaughtered them. What! He talk to God. "but I only told you to take the part of what you have giving to me and you took everything". An angel appear and told Sir. Alex that what God took was only his sight. He was so worried that he could destroy all he had with his own decisons.
Sir. Alex was forgiving but for the rest of his life, he reap the consequences of his decisions.

Our existence today is by the grace of God. So do not sit somewhere and begin to reason what you have pass through before you make it. Just be grateful that at least, you make it.
